it seems there is a lot of people addicted in cracking... crack is very addictive indeed... why dont you just smoke weed?

i crack almost every possible articulation... knuckles, toes, ankles, knees,hips sometimes, elbows, wrists, and my two prefereds: back and neck. there is a lot of people think i broke my neck when i crack it, cause the sound is so loud...

once an orthopedist said me that cracking happens when we have the muscles somewhat loose, and exercise would make me crack less, cause it would make the muscles more tense. but im really lazy, so i keep cracking a lot...
