Kracking your knuckles

just how in the hell would you not notice that pain? dislocating joints is generally VERY painful.

Oh i know. When i dislocated my left arm i thought i'd ripped it off. But it doesnt hurt in the slightest on my right arm - although i can only do it twise in a row otherwise it gets REALLY swollen. I guess my right arm is bionic.

i always crack my knuckles, i have since i was a lil kid... its weird my middle finger on my left hand will always crack, like make a noise when i try to... its weird...

I'm 48 and I have been cracking my knuckles every place the guy who started this thread. I saw Grampa Munster crack his when I was 8 y.o. and have been at it since. Sometimes to stress a point in a literal fashion LOL or when writing my nursing notes it is essential I get that built up CO2 out of those knuckles!!

It doesn't give you arthritis. Its popping some bubbles in some fluid in your joints.

Heh.
I started doing it a long time ago, and then, beleive it or not, started getting addicted.
The joints in my hands would slowly build up pain, until whether I cracked them or not they continued to burn.
So every time I felt the urge, I slapped myself.
No more problem.

ya i like a good back or neck cracking, i used to crack my knuckles and shit too but i just stopped one day i guess.
