Losing my high too fast

i've only been @ the weed for bout 5 years now
or a couple months from 5 years...
and it seems everytime i smoke thesedays
my high doesn't stay for long or effect me like it used to
like i used to have this video game feeling and see my hands like they were 3d
but now when i smoke all i get is the heavy eyes and munchies
and it's gone about an hour or so later...
I've been smoking different kinds of herb and everything but nuthin seems to help
i didn't want to believe in tolerance but i guess it's true lol
so my plan is now that i'm attempting to quit cigarettes
i'm gonna lay off the weed too and hit the gym
so i can get all these toxins and all the tar out of my lungs
and maybe return to weed with a good high
it'll be hard to put the weed down but it's for the better
(if you love it you gotta let it go, and if it comes back to you it's yours)
