    ARE YOU LETTING THE GOVERNMET WALK ALL OVER YOU

    Hi there all,

    This is starting to happen in other Countries, so please wee need your support, and if we win this will have a knock over effect in all places, come on potheads we are a big force, lets show them how people of all raceā??s, cultures from all over the World can do.

    We are;

    Freedom To Choose

    Thx for all the support, and yes this is about freedom of choose, come on lets put one over on the Government, for Gods sake stand up for your rights, as most of the British public are damn apathetic, and I also respect the people that have different views,

    We have made contact with the organiser of the Shisha Bar campaign which hit the news last week. We are getting together early next week to try and pool resources as he has also instructed council to go for a JR on their behalf. He had never heard of us and was very excited by the prospect of fighting this together. Let us hope that a few rich Arabs are standing in the background ready to fling a few thousand barrels of oil at us!!
    This may also be a good opportunity to show that Muslims and Brits can fight together for their cultures.

    I honestly hate asking this, but we are all in this together, and donā??t say youā??ll do it later please now. WE NEED DONATIONS AS WE HAVE THE FINAL three hour consolation with the solicitor and barrister to ensure that our case is as water tight, please just a Ā£1, Ā£10, Ā£100 or even Ā£1000000.

    IN MY POSTING I NOT SURE IF I MADE MYSELF CLEAR, but what we are lobbying for and taking the UK Government to court for is ā??NOTā? to stop the smoking ban, ā??butā? for an amendment, which would allow separate smoking rooms with filtration and ventilation, this is fair and non-biased, like the old days, or as someone said be down to the landlord, that is the way in Spain, please see the below, on the more smokers when there are smoking bans.

    This chunk of facts, which happen to be the most extreme, does not have any sources of citations. Where does this info come from? Cancer on the rise? Well, yes, people still smoke outside of pubs you know.
    Although I don't smoke and hate smoking, I feel comfortable surrounded by tobacco in a pub. Restaurants make sense, but to ban it in a pub doesn't really make sense at all. People like to smoke while socialising and I even feel tempted after a drink now and again (that's the only time I can feel it).
    I would take these so called social studies with a pinch of salt. The only winners when it comes to cigarettes is the tobacco industry, who's prime goal is to keep you addicted and paying them £4 a packet. It's a tricky subject when addiction to a government taxed and favoured, highly destructive substance has become socially accepted. If your going to ban it in pubs because its "dangerous", ban it altogether. As if the environment makes a lick of difference.

    Either way, good luck with this. :thumbsup:
