They classify the illegal drugs by dangers, and the social impact. Cannabis isnt dangerous, in the slightest, and has no social impact. People dont go robbing houses to get a joint. That's the crack heads - but very rarely are they properly dealt with, yet us harmless plant smokers get all the shit - fo what? Inhaling smoke --- one of the few smokes, if not the only one we have proven doesnt increase chances of cancer, and can infact help control cell division.

My opinion? - Our Governments are indirectly commiting MURDER everyday, numerous times a day. Keeping cannabis illegal is denying some people their medication, and can result in death.

I was reading something the other day about American Government would rather let people die in pain than legalise cannabis. - Now that is no Government, that's disgusting.

We are the people of the country. We pay our taxes. We dont break laws - we break unjust laws that contrevine our human rights. We pay the Government to do a job, part of which is protectin us, but theyre not.

I feel very strongly about this subject as you can tell, i HATE Governments.

Amen. The American government is just as bad, or almost as bad. Some of the things we do here...it boggles the mind. I guess in NYC there has been a rash of public flashings on the subway. Some legislator (local, not national I think) proposed a bill that would increase the penalties for flashing someone to the following:

$1,000 Fine
1 Year in jail

WTF?! That's crazy. I mean, it's not cool in many case but honestly...imagine being dragged away in handcuffs and sent to jail for up to a year because you pulled your pants down....what if they fall down cause you forgot to wear a belt?! Then you're fucked.
