Well, if you were smoking alot, with baccy in it yes, eventually you'd get addicted. You might not even realise it. But if your only doing it every now and again then no you wouldnt. But smoking with baccy is crap. Smoke it pure.

Ask him to roll a pure one. If you like the smell and taste, it'll leave you so much more satisfied. And the high will be better.
To me it's not just about getting stoned, it's about enjoying it, like wine tasting.
Keep practising the rolling, and you'll end up rolling great joints.
The English are the best joint rollers.
And that's been proved on here on some of the joint rolling threds.

You will get addicted if you put baccy in your spliffs if you keep smoking them. You won't think of it like you need baccy, you'll be like, oh i need a spliff instead of want a joint. Pure is the only way to go, to experaice the true cannabis experiance. You're more likely to puke while mixing tobacco also, not 100% definate but it could happen. To be honest though, i can already see your situation, all your friends that smoke, smoke it with baccy and will be too stubborn to change. They'll give you every excuse they can: It makes it burn better, we use it to make the joint bigger. I don't care what they say, tobacco is dreadful for you, basically deadful. My advice is to buy a bong, which i sincerely doubt you will. So, all i will say is enjoy smoking cannabis. Not tobacco.

I have been known to smoke a pack of ciggies/night at the bar. I never did get a 'dependence' or 'addiction'. I never have felt like 'wow, i need a cig'.
When I smoke a blunt (pure weed in a tobacco paper), it dulls my high and the taste is definately not the best. I enjoy my weed pure as it tastes beautiful.
I can barely smoke a ciggy without gagging now.
