One more tid bit....
Until the age of 2 or 3 years... the foreskin is attached to the head of the penis with the same membrane that keeps our fingernails attached to our fingers...

The foreskin can not/ should not be pulled back or cut off until this membrane naturally releases the forskin from the head of the penis.. aka HELMET, Mushroom, etc

During this two year, helmet incubation period the head of the penis is still developing... by removing the foreskin, this development stops... : (
