i always smoke wereever i want, i smoke spliffs like ciggys. I'll light them up were i want when i want in front of who i want ive never been arrested for anything related to drugs and i hardly ever get stopped by swines who smell what im smoking and when i do i just keep toking till its gone. If you look dodgy and think of it as being serious u have a bigger chance of getting cought, if i look worried when they catch you they'd feed u full of shit.

My first Cop experience Now before I begin to tell my story, I'd like to say I've always thought smoking in public is extremely sketchy and not cool. An easy and stupid way to get caught. The way things turned out last night was extremely lucky. And the cop couldn't have told me enough, I could have been in jail last night. I'm only 16 and never caused much trouble at all. So I had my best friend over from out of town and we decided we wanted to go to a movie and smoke behind the theater. I have never done that Rating: 5

if your gonna do something stupid you might as well do it smart as possible. thats what i always say. In my experiences the only time you get in trouble for smoking in public is when your not up on your shit. Most public smokers i've seen get busted were acting like jackasses and thats why the cop approached them in the first place.but I suppose every areas different.

haha. One time, at about 4am, myself and about 4 other people came back from Acuna, Mexico. We were in the drive thru of Wataburger in Del Rio, Tx. All of us loaded up in a 4 door F250 on 35s. We were doing a HELLA burnout (ever seen a 3/4 ton diesel do a burnout?). Well this dude in front of us in line.....gets out of a black trailblazer and starts walking towards us.....we were drunk drunk and I said "Hey zack....i think we're gonna have to whip this guys ass!"

Well as he got closer, he reached into his pocket, pulled out a badge and showed it to us right as he got up to the truck. We were like oh fuck. The first thing to come out of his mouth was "what the fuck!?". Turns out he was DRUNK as fuck too! He threatened to have us arrested. His 'gf' in the car gets out and was like "do you want me to call backup?" I said "hey man, we're just getting food...we are staying literally next door at Motel 6. I could actually see our door from where we were in the drivethru-line.

Good thing he didn't take us to jail because I had already had a run-in with Del Rio police the night before for jumping on a car. Cost me 500bux to get out of that....

I think the two seperate occasions were linked, meaning, the first guy gave info the the 2nd. You got really lucky. I've smoked in public a countless number of times and only been caught once, but i got off coz it's England. You can get away with it and when you do it feels amazing, but the opposite sucks. Use your best personal judgement at all times, good luck in the future, i hope you never have another encounter with the feds.

Don't let there be a future time. Don't smoke in public, it's just not a good idea*. This stuff is not legal, don't screw around! Also, when you do things like smoke in public or act like an idiot in public while high**, you just make stoners look terrible and you make it even less likely that the stuff will become legal. Be responsible about your toking, toke in a safe place and don't act like a moron.

*Some acceptable public places to smoke imo, are places like wide-open parks. For example, if you sit on a bench or something and make it look like you're smoking a cigg (that means not blatantly passing a joint around), people won't know the difference as long as they don't come close to you.

**It's cool to be high in public, but don't be one of those idiots who walks around with their eyes bloodshot blatantly acting stoned, it's not really cool at all.

i blaze in public but im smart about it... i never do it in front of anyone, i walk down moderately empty streets and i stash it when cars come around, or i take a walk down to the prairies, thats a widely empty place that i blaze freely at all the time... if its not windy... sometimes before school theirs this secluded area about a block away that blocks us from the streets vew and is surrounded by a fence and 2 rears of buildings, i go down their to blaze sometimes. just pick the right places is all im saying
