I MUST be doing something right
Hello,
Your buds were probably harsh because of the lack of curing that they went through. Did you cure them, if so for how long?
Cloning your plants really is not all that hard. It only seems that way. I would suggest taking a few clones, if for nothing else but the practice. This is the fastest most reliable way to continue a perpetual harvest.
Seeds are easy enough to make. Just leave one or two males in with the ladies and they will naturally polenate one another. Polenated bud does not cure as well as sensi, therefore making it a bit more harsh, but it should still come out quite smooth. When making seed you generally have to let your buds overmature anyway, in order to ensure that your seeds come out fully viable.
(Ps. Yes females are the only ones you smoke, males are only good for polenating your ladies, if you don't want seeds, then you don't want males).
Have a Happy Holiday Season.
