1st grow since '98. please help

I think I've added too many variables without knowing what i was doing. I need help. Heres my story. I picked up a few 2week old clones from a local dispensary. sensi star, mk-ultra, g13/hash plant. Root systems were very well developed and they were all about 6" tall. 2 days after they were home and transplanted in 1gal pots, I topped half of them and started to LST the others. I also supercropped them all. day 16, I hit all the tops of the pinched plants with a FIM topping and xplanted into 3gal bags. Here's where I think I really messed up. i went to 12/12 on day 21. All plants were 10"-13" tall, but I wasn't aware of the recovery time on all my experiments. My problem is that at day 10 of flowering (today), the FIM plants are spitting out these little skinny leaves. Im worried that I'm going to get a significantly lower than average harvest. Has anyone had any experience with too much stress in too little time? can anyone give some insight into my situation? Please help. I'm scared

it will be fine mate ive done it myself!
just feed the plant and watch out for the bugs!

theres nothing you can do, and im telling you the plant will still harvest nice big juicey buds man.
