Got Caught...Rehab??

I went to inpatient rehab for meth it really wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. Some kids were in there for pot kinda out of place IMO. But it really did help getting off harder stuff. Go outpatient if you can.

omg rehab is for crack/heroin users, just cuz u got caught smoking weed u dont need to go thru that shit, u can stop or take a short break and just be more cautious next time

They do it because marijuana it the "gateway drug." They want you to stop while your early.

oh fuck man you DO NOT WANT TO GO TO REHAB! ok listen when I first started smoking weed and my parents found out they sent me to rehab for 6 months because they thought I was doing other drugs but I was not ... fucking worst time of my life. So let me tell you what it was like in my place.... it just seems as if every one is brain washed.... every single person will rat on you if you do something bad... you cant trust no one.... the people at the place will try to keep you their as long as possible ... they wanted me for 4 years.... but my parents took me out after 6 months .. like I could not listen to music ... I was always watched... theres even rules like... your not allowed to talk/look at girls.... it was fucking ridiclious.... and like every one that is in their for like so long.... they "think" they like it there and that they dont want to leave until the place says its ok ..... I fucking hated it and theres much much more I did not mention and it was a big offense and you got in alot of trouble for asking your parents to take you home and you get in trouble if you say you dont like the place to your parents etc... i swear it was fucked up............. avoid rehab at all costs... some places are more chill than others tho

what lazy smoker said reminded me of this book called After. like everyone else said try to avoid rehab because it sounds terrible.

If she told you about it, than it's most likely outpatient. Usually if they send you to inpatient they won't tell you and then one night some people will just come in and grab you and take you away. It's happened to a couple of my friends. In outpatient, depending on what type of program you have, you will just have to go to some classes a certain amount of times a week, and yes they will probably drug test you atleast once a week.

Cuts down cravings quite a bit but it is substituting one for another.

yeah, I agree with bakedpotato, just cry, and say someone made you do it or something, and you wont' do it again, even though you're lying. She just can't see through their (the governments) lies like we can. So, they lie to her, so one more lie to her, won't really effect her. Or you could try to educate her, but some parents just can't be educated because they have been brainwashed all their lives.
