For me, cigarettes are a vice that are unappreciated by me, because they are extremely unhealthy, and my dad died of lung cancer a few years ago from smoking. I plan on quitting, but I still haven't, because well, I'm addicted. I hate smoking when I'm out of weed, because it reminds me that i'm doing something unhealthy to my body, just to smoke. Regardless, I'm going to have a cigarette now.

I like to plan my grow, find new music (some to listen to sober, Some I save for when I get a new sack), movies, books, and of course work.
It's much easier to defend yourself from addiction when you separate stoned and non-stoned activities.
Like even though reading is sooo much more interesting high, I can do other things and save the reading for sobriety, therefore allowing my brain to be ok with reading it sober.
Or work. Work is fucking easy stoned. But if you keep doing that, one day you're going to come in sober and you're gonna feel like you want to kill yourself you're so bored.
