Looking at that thing though, you're not gonna be able to get a lot of smoke into that thing, and once you do, you won't be able to easily get all the smoke back out without a carb of some sort. It's definitely worth it just to make a waterfall out of a Sobe bottle or something.
dude...lungs don't need carbs. the bag going back in with the inhalation smoke pretty much clears it out all by itself.

and if that doesn't get it all out, he can just hold the bottle upright, position his mouth a couple cm from the mouthpiece, and inhale with the smoke coming out of the top.
slpntrx5 Reviewed by slpntrx5 on . How good do "lungs" work? I've realized that I like trying out new smoking methods and I haven't tried out the lung so far. It's fairly easy to make one, in fact, I just made one from a 500ml Naya water bottle and a medium sized Ziplock bag. I'd like to know the following: 1. How efficient are they compared to a bong or GB? 2. Do they leave a strong smell? Comparable to a joint? Bong? 3. Your experiences with lungs. Rating: 5
