Britain takes case against Iran to U.N.
Could there have possibly been a malfunction in the GPS that led them astray. I can't possibly see what advantage the Brits would have to gain by intentionally going into Iranian waters, and conversely, what advantage would the Iranians have in going into Iraqi waters and kidnapping them. I'm betting on a mistake by the Brits that even though you neocons like to call it propaganda, the captured brits have admitted. Just a mistake that both sides have over-reacted to. If the stubborn Brits would just say, yeah I guess our GPS malfunctioned ,and we meant no foul, I'm pretty sure the Iranians would have no choice but to give them back. And even if it didn't happen that way. Does it not make sense to get them back, even if you have to tell a little white lie, shelve the Egos for a moment and be humble. The world knows the might of the British and their big Brother the USA. This is a pitiful little event to think about starting a war, talk it out. Do you have any Idea how many will die on both sides if a war with Iran is started?

UNITED NATIONS - Britain took its case to free its 15 sailors and marines held by Iran to the United Nations on Thursday, asking the Security Council to support a statement that would "deplore" Tehran's action and demand their immediate release. But Security Council diplomats said the statement circulated by Britain's U.N. Mission is likely to face problems from Russia and others because it says the Britons were "operating in Iraqi waters" ā?? a point that Iran contests. The British Rating: 5

Well hopefully IF a war was started, all of those bastards chanting death to america and death to england would be executed by us, but as war has a horrible way of going wrong, a war isnt needed. Like you said, it just needs to be talked through. Anyway, in the papers today they've supposidly made some progress - but if Iran keep playing they're silly games we'll loose our temper with them. They're walking on thin ice.
