You cannot go to jail in the state of california for anything under 28 grams. They can though take it from you,give you a fatty ticket and send you on your way,you will get a notice and have to show up to court where the judge will prob give you community service and probation or send you to rehab if you dont show up to court you get a warrent in your name and are wanted so when you do get caught agin you go straight to jail. listen first off cops dont give a shit theyll take u to jail like nothin unless it was a cool ass cop but besides that u can try to say oh this and that an all that other $hit but if hes a d*ckhead cop consider ur a$$ gra$$. its funny when i hear people i know an stuff talking about how like oh i wont get caught all i have to say is this and that works everytime then a month down the road they get there ass tossed into the back of a cop car and takin to jail.

that sux dude....i got busted right after i turned 18.....i spent the night in jail and then had to go to court....got fined about 1000 dollars and with all the courtcosts it came up to nearly 2000. on top of that i got screwed out of my liscense for 6 months...i didn't even have my fucking thing yet and they suspeneded it from me and added like a shitload of extra bills like a "reinstatement fee" (100 dollars) then i have to pay extra insurance to my already high insurance...basicly i got fucked 10 ways to sunday lol if you are on your own i would suggest saving up about 2500 for all the fees and fines....might as well be prepared..

yea dude the us sucks about things like that. the us claims to be all liberal and whatever but there just so conservative and have right winged christian views on things like that. another example of this is how they only try to teach abstinence in schools thats so fukin stupid. anyway yea it doesnt amtter in the uk if ur caught with an 8th but they dont sell grams in the uk so i dunno that might have something to do with it.
