The two main advantages of cabinet growing is stealth (if you make it that way) and easier modifications to the grow chamber. I.E. it's easier to cut an intake hole in a cabinet rather than a closet.

So that should answer your question about what you should do.

I think you will do just fine. Having said that, somethings you'll want to have before you start: a way to ck ph (and way to adjust ph) and a way to ck your temps. Also, you may want to mix the lamps in the shoplight fixtures to get a more even distribution of the different colors.

If you run into problems, there is lots of help here.

Bree1978 Reviewed by Bree1978 on . Please give your suggestions/ CLOSET vs. CABINET So for those that didn't see my earlier post, I'm converting my 2 door closet into a grow space. The closet is 6 feet wide, 8 feet tall and 2 feet in depth. It runs along my wall, rather than a typical square like closet. I'm not too worried about space even though its only 2 feet in depth as I can just have them running the length of the closet. I could easily fit 5-7, 2-3 ft plants in there comfortably. I see lots of help and questions in this section mostly pertaining to cabinets. Are Rating: 5
