haha not even close... I would be the person the telemarketing company would come to for advise on which phone system would suit their business the best... it can be a regular office, a call center (tech support), telemarketing, calling cards, etc, etc... everyone needs phones! $$$

I also do a lot of work with internet technologies, streaming video, stuff like that.
