I got myself a new motor at last.

It's an 06 Ford Mondeo 2L Turbo Diesel Common Rail Injection [TDCi]. 6 Speed Manuel, 2 15" subs, 2 amps, 5 normal speakers, parking sensor, alloys.

It only had 2000 miles on the clock - got it for 13k with some extras from just down the road. The guy who had it before me only used it for work, and he had a sheet with all the trips he made, how long it took, how far he went, how much diesel he used, the lot.

It's in metallic panther black. I'm actually going to try and get a pic of it out of my window on my webcam but it'll suck, so for now i'll post a pic from google. Just imagine this car in panther black.

And fuck, it certainly has some serious poke.

I tell ya though - it's hard getting used to a 6 gear when i'm used to 5. When i change down i have to remember there's an extra one. It's got a great clutch though - 20X better than my vans - you hardly have to use the accelerator - the thing just wont stall! Well, that's a lie, i've stalled it once already, but i think thats good concidering i have an extra gear to remember about after years and years of only 5.
