Stupid 20 year old girl from out of town cut me off at a light..I was trying to go straight and she turned left from the other direction and bolted out in front of me...I had the right of way (technically...you yield to traffic if your turning left) but some how her insurance company is saying I'm at fault (most likely because it's a 5-speed with ricer exhaust..never got a chance to get a smaller tip for it)...Alot of bullshit..Mind you this happened BEFORE Thanksgiving...and no settlement.... aghh I need to smoke a bowl now..thinking about it pisses me off...lol

I wish I had a better story...like I was weaving under some semi tractor trailers and hit one of the trailers tires when I hit my NOS...lol (Fast and the furious anyone?...hahahaha )

my wife was hit by a car driven by an unliscensed and obviously fucked up... (THE COPS DIDN'T EVEN DO A SOBRIETY TEST.... ISN'T THAT USUALLY THE FIRST GODDAMNED THING THEY CHECK FOR IN ANY WRECK?! NOT THEY DIDN'T FIND HER TO BE INTOXICATED, THEY DIDN'T EVEN FUCKING CHECK!)neither mine or her claim (she gets one of course, then i get one for psychological damage on my part, 6.6k) has actually been settled yet... this was nearly a year ago now.. (i think... i can't be 100% positive, but i'm pretty fucking sure i remember me and the wife arguing over the date being either july 30th or july 31st...)

stop waiting for anything.... just give it up, it'll get there i'm sure... but i've learned presonally, this type of shit takes FOREVER...

usually, when you total a car (atleast through insurance companies) you don't keep the car, you don't keep anything from it, you take a check, and they take the mangled wreck that used to be car.. it's called a write off.. they scrap it for what they can, and you get a check.

well from what I have heard you can normally buy the car back from the insurance company for a fraction of what they pay you..At least here in Florida it's an option.. B18a1 (I think...can't quite remember)..Not a special motor at all..Runs strong..well it did.. ... I fried the clutch a lil bit, stretched the hell out of the E-brake cable and now there are various random vacuum hoses missing...I had to replace a few on my 240sx and they were the same size..so why not..lol

Honestly I could buy the car back (assuming it ever settles), and sell some of the interior and other misc. parts off of it for some cash...It all depends on what happens and how soon..I'm moving out as I'm finally turning 18 so the car can't sit there forever..



That fuse had me so damn confused..I checked all my under hood fuses..and they were all there..I have no Idea where it came from..and it was sitting right there when I popped the hood after I got it outta the intersection...

yeah nothin' special I was saving up for a turbo kit..but I had to spend that money on my 240...The motor was rebuilt in it when I bought it though(acura)..well a lil after I bought it..It ran perfect (except the damn idle..it bouced +/- 300 rpm..I knew what was wrong just never bought the part)..very strong motor..gave a few guys in their civics with vtec a run for their money though..lol

Ya that sux u wreck ur car i wreck 2 cars i hit a telephone pole in a 81 toyota tercell at 50mph head on ya rocked my world but didnt knock me out the steering whell locked up and the other one was another telephone pole at 40 just clipped the side of the car with the backno pics but ya i found another pic of my Ranger though!!!!:rastasmoke:
