    Haha i dont excercise nearly enough, but i try to do some pushups each day and go for at least a 30-45 minute walk. Its better than nothing

    i do yoga and tai chi,, i find both to be relaxing and healthy,, it really tunes your mind to your body

    damnn you guys are good..

    halo..walking is actually really good for you, keep it up! plus you get lots of fresh air. I just added 25 min of speed walking on the treadmill to my routine (i HATE running tho)

    I live on a small 1mile by 9mile island, and I'm about halfway (on the 9mile axis) and I usually run to the south end 2 or 3 times a week..

    That's basically all the exercise I get besides a few pushups and sit ups each night.
