What up everyone! This is BlaZinROC's 1st grow. We have a 3x3x5 growbox. Using a 400 watt MH for the Veg. and plan on switching to a HPS for flowering. We are currently on day 26 and using bagsseed. The one's in the solo cups are only on day 5 and are endless sky strain. It stays a steady 74 - 80 degrees during the day. We pruned 3 yesterday and hopefully everything works out. By the way... we're also using foxfams ocean forest organic soil with vierra's worm castings and some perlite. We water with foxfarms grow big and advanced nutrients sensi-zyme. Do you think it is ok to mix both of these in the same gallon of water so we can use both at the same time. We have only watered with each one time. Thanks for the advice.

Everythings lookin really nice. The 400 will work wonders for you. Like the temps and soil you got. Keep up the good work. Any idea when your going to 12/12? Get ready, have fun.

be careful with that soil,,,, Its pretty high in nutrients....Its been known to burn small plants...

It looks good tho,,, I would perhaps not use any fertz in the water for a couple watering to make sure your young plants don't burn up on you..

There is enough Fertz in the soil on its own for those guys to live for a bit...

The leaf curl Down on the tips is a sign that the plant has all the food it can take I believe,

we're gonna start our 12/12 on April 23rd, thats 26 more days. Do you think that is too long to wait? Postman I'm not sure why we pruned, just an experiment pretty much. Can't wait to flower though!

Quick question, if you let plants veg long enough you are able to determine sex before you switch to the all mighty 12/12 correct? Also, can you mix two different nutrient solutions in the same gallon of water this way we can use both at the same time? Thanks for your help!

hey man i think you can use both at the same time, just mix your grow big first.

why grow big first?

yeh you can mix both in same galon just add the grow big first and mix well before adding the other.and yeh if you veg for until you see pre flower then you can determin sex before going into flower pre flower usually show after the 5th or sixth node but be carefull with the nutes let the plants tell you when they are needing fed cuase the soil you have has all the food the plant requires and the leef tip curl is telling you they have had there full. be safe the postman.
