Hadn't smoked in 3 years, now have to pass a drug test

I hadn't smoked a joint in three years. Went over to a friends house last night and took 5 hits. I have a piss test for an interview coming up in 5 - 10 days.

How long will it remain detectable in my system? Any chance of me passing the drug screen? What can I do to help detox?

Like I said, it's been 3 years since I took a puff. I'm a lean body type. 6' tall and 155 pounds.
