Do it right before you go in for the test. I don't think mixing you're piss in will help it at all.

(for right temps) I was wondering if they have any way of knowing if I were to use some of my slightly diluted piss and then use some of someone that is clean, (probably 80% clean urine) and just a little bit of mine to make sure its warm enough.
