    anxiety/panic attacks

    depending on the environment I normally start the high like completely dream like amazing then often sketch out for like half an hour or sumthing before like the completely relaxed part for like few hours:jointsmile:
    obviously different everytime but find this quite common been told just to smoke through it though dunno some psychological stuff? this common how do you calm yourself down?

    I smoke indicas. Sativa's give me panic attacks sometimes and that's probably what is happening to you. But i'm not sure if what you are having is a panic/anxiety attack.

    i get panic attacks when i havent blazed in a while... i need weed every now and then to calm me down

    i never get them stoned... always sober
