ewww the leafs? i dont cheer for that bullshit..all about the west coast all about the canucks there amazing they got it locked this year.. i say it every year but yes this is their year

like i said ~ beware the Flyers next year. we've got half of the salary cap to go Sabre shopping with in the offseason, namely Breire and Drury who are free agents this summer.

The Cup is coming to the east, the west might be a little faster, but the East is tougher!

I just don't like people who have this blind hatred for a team that overrides their love of the game. Lets be honest, the Leafs haven't sucked for 30 years. In fact, this may be the first time since 1970 that both the Habs and the Leafs haven't made the playoffs. That's not to bad at all. Hell, with the exception of former Canadien Mike Ribeiro I really don't have anything against the Habs at all.

What are you talking about. I don't have a "blind hatred." I just stated that the Leafs have been garbage for 30 years; since they lost to the Islanders in the semi-final of 1978. The next time they got to the semi finals was '93, when the Habs won the cup. They haven't been close since. You may not agree, that's fine. Just because I am a Habs fan you assume I have a "blind hatred" for the Leafs. Wrong.

anyways, heres the skinny, the pens took over second place tonight in the east from the devils, the leafs lost to atlanta in OT, so they are now one point out of a tie for the last playoff spot. Nashville and Detroit played tonight making me wish that i had center ice so i could have watched it, i beleive they are now tied for the top spot in the west.
