buy some soil from a local wallmart(or equivilent)(about $2 a bag). dig a large hole in a safe place. fill it with the soil and also buy some cheap 20-20-20 ferts.(about $5 or less for a large bottle). plant some nice plump brown seeds(from a good sack of weed will be fine), water with ferts. and then just wait, but remember to take care of them.
