Fill your mouth with smoke thick thick smoke weed smoke is the hardest to use unless you have some dry weed and ya can hit a thick bong cigg smoke it ok but dont inhale it it will thin it out to much just take a thick draw into your mouth(could do it with weed too but what a waste) hookahs work the best.do not fill your lungs ya dont use them at all.you want thick smoke like milk commin out of your mouth then make your mouth into a circle and have it reall opend up inside with lots of room for the smoke then push it out fast with your tounge and closeing your wind pipe and your jaw and cheeks so a quick puff of smoke comes out with no air after it and that quick air movment will make you a perfect smoke ring if you find it hard at first try blowing without your lungs just useing your tounge and cheeks like ya would put out a candle but with a bigger ring to your lips sorry for the bad explanation not so good at this written stuff hope it helped.
