I am very disappointed to report Grant was sentenced to 2 months prison time for each of the two counts. To add to this they are to run consecutively as well which of course means 4 months prison time for Grant.

Now there is still a very serious issue in regards to Grant and prison time so he is still free at this time.

Corrections Canada has refused to allow Grant to have his cannabis medication in prison. The issue now is Grant has a one of a kind Alberta court order constitutional exemption to cultivate, and consume cannabis.

The judge ordered Corrections Canada to find a way for Grant to medicate with cannabis while in prison due to his one of a kind Alberta court order constitutional exemption to cultivate, and consume cannabis.
Late June they have to have something in place or it is back in front of the judge.

Grant is looking in to a way to force the issue. Grant asked me to with hold those details until they can be firmed up properly, if at all even. We just don't know at this point in time.

Lots of media there this time. 8 reporters in the court room and a number of other media support types out side the court house. Should be all over the media today.

I will let you all know more when I can.
