By my guess this is a domesticated dog, not a wild dog, and a dog living within a household, is domesticated.

If someone accidently runs down a child in the street, it's only an accident, so why punish them?

I guess I'm the only one who feels the dog did something wrong. I suppose we should all let a dog run wild. It's a good thing it was a bunny, and not a hyperactive child, huh.
