$1 for a single blunt. It's getting ridiculous, I remember when they were .25 for 1.

So, I bought a box of phillie blunts around last summer smoked one and decided I like white owls better and must have just forgot about them. Well I was cleaning my room today and found them LOL Are they still alright to use? I was just about to spark up and then I started thinking about mold and mildew. Or are they still alright? im pretty sure(i hope) he's talking of re-rolling it with the good stuff. id say they would still be fine, but ive boughten blunts still in their package that sucked. i bought a "wet" mango that was completely dry not too long ago.
