Composted cow manure. You can add it as a slurry with water or top dress it dry and water.
Add phosphorus pellet for flowers. Any hardware store or farm store will have this stuff cheap.

i recommend i fish emulsion before the cow fertilizer. Walmart has all kinds of fertilizer available this time of year check it out good prices on most of it. The cow manure can make your soil acidic and is better used outside as an amendment to the soil. and has very low levels of N. Try to find a liquid fert. that you can mix in with your water.

good fertalizer for 2 foot clones ?
I've had problems using such organics as bloodmeal in the outdoor gardens. It attracted rats or some other rather large rodent that eats meat along with their veggies and I've read about others having similar probs. Micro nutes and trace elements generally aren't needed in a one-season grow in my opinion and everything needed can be found in just about any quality fertilyzer used for tomatoes or legummes (beans and such). And as with the indoor grows and using higher potency ferts, cut in half from what directions call for and use sparingly. I've found once/week with Miracle Grow for Tomatoes at half strength was plenty and made for many nice and tasty plants! The ingrediants are listed on the back so you'll be able to check on what trace elements and micro nutes are included and work from there but in all my years of growing I've never seen a problem that could be attributed to a lack of either one.
