I find smoking with a sore throat and chest, it kind of loosens it up. It kind of hurts a bit when smoking, but afterward, I find myself hocking up uneeded lung butter, and it loosens my chest up.

If you do smoke, try and use a water cooled piece of some kind. Take small pulls and avoid lung exploding coughs.

If you don't have anything water cooled, then just toke it very gently, as not to upset your sore body even more. Take pulls easy on the lungs.
