Im having problems getting my ballast for my veg room.

Whats the best fluorescent to use for Veg? What wattage etc?
I have 4 clones that need to go under it for 5 weeks before going into the flower room which has a 400w HPS.

umm ge the daylight flouros there the best!!!

or look into enviro lights. They come in 200w and 125w. i use them in the early stage of veg. but there good for vegging all the way!
