I was driving through Utah and was pulled over and searched. The cops found my 1/2 ounce and took it. Thrown in jail. got bailed out. got all the charges dropped. now i'm suing the Sevier County Sheriff's Dept. for 12 million bucks.

Check back for updates, but court is slow. I was granted permission by the Federal Court in Utah to proceed in forma pauperis (which means I don't have to pay the filing fee of $150) but it also means the Fed court will order the US Marshall to serve the named defendants the lawsuit (I filed a Section 1983 civil rights violation). So the US Marshall has to serve the defendants then the Utah State Attorney represents them and makes a reply. I'll post updates as things happen.

Gave my guy 60 bucks for a fat 8th. he goes off to get it in his car, i didnt wana go w/. my guy comes back, hands me a baggie all rolled up tight then he just drives away. I open the baggy and look, theres about 1g of shake in that baggy. I tried calling my guy, obviously no 1 answered the phone. He said it was "WHAT his dealer gave HIM as an 8th" and said it wasnt his fault that i was shorted. So i just said fuck it, your an asshole ill just make sure i remember u as such. Even now, he sells me stuff still, and ill buy 2g's then weigh it out and itll be 1.3g's. There are some people who are so into making a profit they dont realize there only stealing from themselves because no 1 wants to buy from a pincher.
