Hey, Lowryder is the only plant you could hope to grow in that small of a space. Lowryder grows about 12" tall so You really couldn't fit a light above it when its fully grown, but if you had plenty of CFLs around it, it might work. I don't know if it would be worth it considering the plant might turn out to be male after all your hard work (then again lowryder only takes about 3 weeks to show sex so it would be good for practice).
