SEEDLINGS AND LIGHT
No you really can't sorry.
Just go get a 4' shop light from Home dePOT and a pair of cool white tubes for it.. total $25-30... keep seedlings right up against the tubes, almost touching them... like an inch and a half away.
Good luck.stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . SEEDLINGS AND LIGHT Hi Experts! I want to ask can i grow seedlings under a bright south facing window without additional lights? The seedlings are to be transplanted outside and only want to grow inside for 3- 4 weeks. Rating: 5
