lol, they don't "check you balls". They check your pelvic region for hernias or some shit like that. Don't worry about it man, they don't do anything to check for drugs that I know of, unless maybe they're suspicious of it and/or it's for a sports team. but that's more for steroids. However, they check your cough, so if you have a lot of phlegm or a bad smokers cough, take some coughdrops if you wanna be safe. otherwise he might think you have some sort of infection
