Sure. You probably still want to clean it somewhat, just so it doesn't stink everywhere it goes. I had to do this recently with a pipe I bought during spring break, and it was mildly dirty and I didn't have any problems. Granted, that was entirely in the U.S. and it sounds like your coming from out of the country, but it would still probably be fine.

Ok like I have a very resinated pipe and I love this pipe and I want to go traveling with it and soon I will be on a plane. Anyways I was thinking if I clean all the resin out with alcohol and let it sit in rubbing alchol for one night and then I wash it out with soap and then I let it sit in very hot water for awhile and then let it sit in mouth wash for one night and then wash it out with alcohol again and then rinse.... would any dog be able to smell my pipe still? can dogs even smell the cannabis tar anyways? and its a international flight going to the USA but would there be any problems if I put in my my main luggege? and the same thing for my metal grinder...

i would clean it very good, put it in your luggege maybe toss a pouch of tobbaco (for show) and be on your way, yeah, either that or ship it,
