    I have a 150 watt hps light but no ballast. does anyone know where i could get a cheap ballast, not online?

    I am going to take a wild guess here and say if you go to google and type in HPS ballasts you will find maybe 100's places you could buy a ballast. Again, thats just a crazy guess.
