The woman has not been arrested, or charged with a crime. I believe that she initiated the lawsuit against the government herself.

That really sucks ass. I think i read about that case she the lady with a brain tumor and had to use a wheel chair untill she started to smoke weed? Then she could walk and shit?

A federal appeals court has decided that if the only thing that will keep a patient alive is medical marijuana, that individual may be put in prison, deprived of the substance, and left to die.
