logical explenation for God
I'd say that I also find it more logical that there is a creator since we create things ourselves but that does'nt prove shit. And why should it be god? Why not a group of more evolved beings that survived longer than anything in the infinity of existance. Existance other than a material world and where time is not a burden...
anyway, there are infinite possibilities but for my case, I simply believe in infiniy, infinite possibilities and more importantly in man and myself

You lack faith... Not just faith in God or Jesus or some other disciple (whoever) none meet the level of Jesus.. For he was the only who rezzed. All the rest lay in their graves to this day.
If you believe god was created to keep people in line...
Think of todays beliefs, there has now been a religion to cause chaos..
People are now using religion as an excuse to do things outside man law.
Believe what you want. But I feel sorry for you..
3 People were at the edge of a cliff. Looking over the land.. Feeling got too close to the edge, being the emotional one and fell off the cliff.. Faith looked over the edge to see if he could save Feeling and fell off himself... Fact, knowing the truth, quickly threw his hand out and saved Faith.. and along with Faith, came Feeling...
Don't trust your feelings.. They come and go, your Mind controls your feelings. We're habitual emotional beings. So its your habit to decline the fact that Jesus existed and the Lord God created all you see and do. He loves you even though you do not believe in him. He knew you would. But it saddens him that he's provided all these treats and perks and you push it aside for your material and superficial things and distractions..
Would you eat junk food before your mother cooked you dinner??
Why would you push your Fathers plate away from you after he provided for you??
Yes these are my beliefs, but I'm a logical thinker as well. Since you guys say this is about 2000 years old. How else are we to know Jesus than to read his book. The book his disciples wrote after he taught them how to pray, how to love, how to accept the lord in his life, AND he gives himself to cleanse us of our sins that we have and will do.. The lord knows we'll slip, but looks upon us as if we've never sinned.
You may believe yourself today.. And believe God tommarrow.. Keep an open mind sir..

"god" is the mind.
there is only one mind, split into infinity illusions of separate self.
the mind decided to create the illusion of the physical world, and embody physical bodies.
think of our reality as a huge assed RPG, for which the mind can enjoy.
"god" is simply the core of the mind, the source of awareness, of consciousness.
"god" is the superconscious mind, from which the subconscious taps in to dream and give the conscious mind awareness.
I believe jesus was a man on this earth, but in no way the procreation of god, or any deity.
i believe there are individual minds who have ascended to achieve status as deities, but no single being with all powerful all knowing attributes, I.E. "God".
Jesus was but a man who had achieved ascension early on, as far as men on earth go.
The mind is all that exists, it creates the illusion of reality.
without mind, something cannot exist, the mind of a rock, the mind of a tree, the spirit is mind, the brain is a transmitter and receiver of thoughts and awareness, of our conscious mind, but it is not the source. the mind is the source of reality. it simply creates the illusion of separation.

I just love how people are so self centered they think because they can "think and are aware" that reality is different.. Reality... Is reality dude. It goes without us.. This earth.. The "real world" exists without you. And your mind. And your awareness.. Do you know who Made ALLLLLLLL This??? God.
This is yet another reason, why when a girl is bobbin on Prunes knob... She remarks... Oh .....My God........Meaning.. Pleasure so grand it must be heavenly... lol. I agree God lives in me. I try to walk with him. I try to associate with him. And so therefore his way rubs off on me.. Thats Jesus..
Thats the lord.. Ask any grower.. They have much peace with the lord.. Allowing you to cultivate life before them as he does.. What a feeling of joy and pride and love... He Loves us.... To ignore him or deny his existance is like a plant of yours saying I don't want to give you gorgeous buds creator of me. How sad..........Here Jesus... Have some of my beautiful gorgeous stinky buds... I'll smoke with you..

Holy shit Prundale, I'm sorry and I say this as factual observation not just meaningless personal attack, but you are by far the most arrogant, ignorant know-it-all I have ever seen on these boards. The very fact that you say "I am a logical person" is astounding considering the sheer illogic in your reasoning, the incredible ignorance in your understanding of consciousness-based-philosophies, and your plethora of "facts" that you never back up because you know logically they can't be backed up. You speak all of your beliefs, while blatently insulting the beliefs of others, as if they were established scientific fact, unquestionable in their infinite logical integrity.
Don't even dare to postulate an understanding of eastern or personal philosophy, your understanding of it is that of a evangellical monkey. Many of StonerShadowWolf's beliefs have been held in very similar contexts in 2,500 year old Buddhist teachings, with Shamanist and Bon philisophical understandings predating that by a good 9,000 years at least.
You go right ahead and cling to your arrogant egocentricism, indulging dellusions that nothing exists relevant to the perception of reality other than blind obience to a great diety, almighty dicator of the universe in the strictest sense yet without any logical or reasonable evidence to back it up in empiricle observation or conceptual argument. StonerShadowWolf and myself both don't have all the answers, nor do you, but he clearly has a more developed understanding of philisophical reasoning than you could ever hope to achieve.
