Help w/ cab construction

The Setup:

I have a 400w HPS cool tube, w/ big ole vortex fan for cooling. Swappable MH bulb for veg.

Semi-professional carpentry skills, tools, and lumber / MDF.

A 84" tall x 40" wide x 30" deep growing area (depth adjustable).

Basically, I want to construct a cabinet in the corner of the grow room, and I'm looking for some help with the design. I want a single large veg / flower chamber, with perhaps a secondary chamber for the outlet / ballast / wiring. Stealth is important, so I've got to figure out a way to lightproof and lock it (to keep prying toddlers out). Odor control should not be an issue, as I'm using an ozone generator, and a low-odor strain (Joey Weed's NLxC99).

I'll be using a Rubbermaid bubble bucket for the grow (StealthHydro style).

Any suggestions, or links to good grow cabinet plans? Thanks for helping a n00b take the plunge!

I guess what I'm looking for are some general rules of thumb for construction, based on my gear. I'm currently searching through the site, and I'll try to post some rough draft plans for critique when I can get them drawn up.
