E is only bad if you make a habit of it and don't prep your body properly.

Take LOTS of vitamin c (antioxidant that helps prevent neurotoxicity), have a straw or something to chew on (or else you'll grind the shit out of your jaw... stupid trisma), smoke lots of methol cigs while rolling (they taste GREAT! when rolling), drink plenty of water (but don't go overboard or you'll get hyponatremia), and read up extensively on it before you actually drop.
