That is a picture of Marlon Brando as Vito Corleone, the semi-fictional title charater of the "Godfather" movies about the Cosa Nostra, from the book by Mario Puzo. The characters in the books and movies were based on, and very similar to, real criminals that were, and still are, running huge criminal enterprises.

I do not believe that mobsters like Frank Costello, Vito Geneves, etc., are any better than the "ganstas" that are not supposed to be referred to here. In fact, in many respects, I think that they are worse.

If you want to get rid of gangster images, than you have to get rid of the Mob images as well. There is nothing glamerous, or worthwhile, about any of them.

It's only my opinion.
