I agree with willard_420 100 percent on this one Psycho4Bud. You do have a gang related picture in your avatar. I searched the forum for posts made by willard_420 and he in fact did not make a thread, so what thread did he "make" that you referring to?

Also i again have to agree with willard_420 Psycho4Bud, on the fact that you're an moderator on a FEEDBACK forum. Is the point of this area not to give members an opportunity to give some constructive criticism on the daily happenings of this community. I do respect the work done around these forums to keep them running smoothly, but as an MODERATOR your job is to set examples, be fair, unbiased, and most of all UNDERSTANDING. I'm reading this forum and i am seeing some very inappropriate things for you, the moderator, the "helping hand" to be saying. When you read this Psycho4Bud, i want you to know this isin't personal, or anything of that nature, it's just one member trying to give some FEEDBACK for the BETTER of this amazing community.

I know this is none of my business but for what it's worth...I don't think gang related things should be on this forum, BUT I do think that willard deserved an initial explanation as to why his sig was flamed (especially since he didn't break a forum rule). Also, Psycho, I want to believe that you DID send him and email and that you are correct about him already making a thread about this. So please direct me to that thread. As a mod, I would assume that you are honest...and I don't want to have to think otherwise. I am quite disappointed by your response to Willard.

Here is my take...The rules are set in stone so to speak...After that it is the climate of the times. As at most sites; Admin has turned the site over to the Moderation team. As a team along with input from the community, we decide what is or is not appropriate. This always kills me too! Why is it that you disgruntled members cause friction after being corrected or scrutinized on someone elses property? I have never gone to a forum and questioned the way it was run. If I don't like the way a forum runs, or people there or the Mods rule; Then I don't login. I am always astounded that someone has the gaul to act as if they have rights to do or say as they please. Like they own the place.

Oh well, enough of that rant.

Say something P4B, explain to them that there is a time and place for things, and this is not a place for such things like gangs/egos. Again, I got to say that he should of been able to keep his Sig. because it was representing his person, not threatening to others. Just like your Av, it's just something that makes you who you are.

That is a picture of Marlon Brando as Vito Corleone, the semi-fictional title charater of the "Godfather" movies about the Cosa Nostra, from the book by Mario Puzo. The characters in the books and movies were based on, and very similar to, real criminals that were, and still are, running huge criminal enterprises.

I do not believe that mobsters like Frank Costello, Vito Geneves, etc., are any better than the "ganstas" that are not supposed to be referred to here. In fact, in many respects, I think that they are worse.

If you want to get rid of gangster images, than you have to get rid of the Mob images as well. There is nothing glamerous, or worthwhile, about any of them.

It's only my opinion.
