There is a thing called 2 weeks notice, which you generally have to give them 2 weeks notice before you officially stop going to that job.

But since they sound like assholes then I agree with you not going into work no more. Its just a shit job anyways, not like your gonna use them as a reference.

ok i called my job and quit today, and my boss is like "ok but you still need to come in today because were short handed" and i said "what? i dont have a ride and i just called you and quit" she said "yes but its your responsibility not mine, you need to call someone and get in here when your scheduled" ok for the record my boss is one of the many reasons im quiting, shes a total bitch. and their is no way im going in today if i just called and quit... my plan is to just not show up, i know their gonna call me, but theirs nothing they can do... right?

mate if you quitting anyway! youve allready given your decision meaning they cant say that they fired you because you got there first, this means you can basically tell her its also your responsability to tell her to shove it up her assimp:

I understand and I have revenged some jobs when I was young and being abused... if you want to start a resume you need to have a good work record is all I meant... if you find you can't get employment you may need that job again... Understand that most bosses are pricks,,,that is part of how they got the position...

yes but its not only that, i wanna work somewhere where if they say im gonna be off at five, then they wont make me work till eight... some people have shit to do, they use to keep me 2-3 extra hours just to piss me off. one time my friends all came to pick me up at five and the boss said, no im keeping you till seven. and i said no im scheduled till five, i have things i have to do, thats why schedules exist, to keep the things you have to do organized. i guess they assume were a bunch of losers with no life.
