Haha back in the day, we'd get a toilet paper roll (without the toiletpaper) and stuff it with those dryer fluff sheet things that smell really good. Inhale and exhale through the dryer sheet roll.

Or you could get an activated carbon filter (they got one on ebay for like 60 bucks) and exhale into it, it removes a lot of the smell I think.

Or you could maybe get an negative ionic breeze thing that filters the air.

As for controlling your munchies, just stay away from fast foods and stuff. And if you get really fat, get a job that requires a lot of manual labor or quick stuff like moving packages at FEDex or UPS LOL. Man I wish I could get fat, but I just don't have the money for the food...hence why I haven't ate at a fast food place for months n months.
