LOL.....never thought of that. Well, only difference is the smoke passes over the water in your mouth. Its not exactly being forced to pass through it, so , its not exactly that bad. Do you have OCD or something? Get those thoughts out of your head and enjoy the creamy bong hits......

You must really freak when you think about the fact that there are trillions of organisms living in your mouth while this is going on, and the water is washing up against peices of rotting food in your teeth and gums. Not to mention that the lung your smoke is going in is black and resiny. See, I tripped myself out now.

hold the join in ur index and thum and stare at the ground then inhale like a backwards whistle and it bubbles thru the water.. ? it is simple and , you can spit out the water after every hit if you feel like it, just a simple way of making your hits a bit cleanrer when smoking a joij t
