IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HELP PLANT GROW INTO FEMALES..

There is a chart around somewhere.....lower temps encourage females. I believe latewood said something about trying less lighting during veg (15 hrs light instead of 16 or24) and less humidity are among the factors mentioned. I did try the 15 hour thing last grow....ended up with same ratio of females as before.

The feminiser will not MAKE females. I thought this when I originally bought it but in actuality what it does is keep plants from becoming hermies due to stress. I am a huge believer in it.....my first grow (including my outdoor stuff) yielded 4 hermies out of 15 females....different kinds of seed as well--non of them purebred seeds. My hydro guy sold me this and I have not had a hermie since. 0 hermies in 11 females. Huge ratio difference in my book. All different seeds. And while I always swear to myself to reduce my plants stress.....I have not been able to accomplish that yet.....I keep finding SOMETHING to stress my plants out.

What about singing to your plant? Just a thought.

I'm new to this forum..can you post me a link that would be considered the definitive guide to distinguishing between male and female plants as early as possible?

Looks like my plants are bound to be females, temp isnt very warm (will be warmer later in veg), and my soil has nutes already (no signs of nute burn either.. except on one that I didn't flush.. little spots on it and the end of the leaves have a hint of brown in them, but arn't dry)
Drew Carey is hosting the Price is Right now, WTF is the world coming to?

Why don\'t you roll another spliff, sir? Won\'t you pass it.. right over to me.

The best thing you can do is try low stress add more Nitrogen to there diet temps around 75-78 and not above 85. Thats what I learnd and read. And once you get a female keep as mom and clone clone clone away.
