What does ISO do anyway?

MJAH, you mentioned you have a canon SD450. I have the SD550. Can you please post the settings you have your cam at when you take those amazing bud shots?

I usually put it on ISO 50 (less bright flash)
macro, of course
luminosity (that was kind of a direct translation, not sure the word, my cam is in french xD) set around -1

And if you got kind of a spotlight you can use the function for huge macros, its called uhh...''macro numérique'' on my cam, no idea what it is in english...must be digital macro or something

Canon make great cams, I love mine, it was very easy to learn to use
